French and the World Film Club Enrichment Programme

On Tuesday 30th June, 32 Harris Invictus students were accompanied to the Institut-Français in South Kensington, as an extension of their learning in French and the World Film Club Enrichment Programme. On our journeys to and from our destination, all students were impeccably behaved and well-mannered – even garnering praise from the public. At the Institut-Français, the students were given a tour and participated well in a lesson that prepared them for the afternoon screening of the film Les Enfants de Timpelbach. Both members of Institut staff who had had close contact with them praised them for their efforts and work; and having the 230-seat on-site cinema to ourselves to end the day was certainly a treat! Well done to all the students involved: we are most proud you.
