Autumn Term Inter-Faculty Handball Tournament

Harris Invictus Academy hosted four-year groups of inter-faculty Handball competitions, with all year groups taking part. Each tutor group from the four faculties submitted a team to compete against their year group. Points of every match contributed to an overall winning faculty.

The aim of the tournament was to increase faculty and community spirit and to improve Handball skills.

Each tutor group nominated a team captain. Their responsibilities were to organize the team and explain the rules to the rest of the group.

All the students participated in an exceptionally sporting manner and some of the Handball skills on display were exquisite.

A big thank you and well done to all the students who took part and to the tutors that came and supported their form groups.

Each term we will be hosting a different sport for the inter-faculty tournament so keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming Spring term to find out which sport it will be!
